F A L L E N
Name: Fallen - - - origins : her parents had not given her a name. and so, as she and her elder brother traveled together, he decided her "glowing" silver pelt would mark her name -- fallen, like a fallen star that still retained its glow.
Gender: Feminine.
Age: Precisely 64 moons - - - years : has lived a total of five years, along with four moons added to that.
Orientation: Straight - - - definition : only the opposite gender, males to her, arouse any sexual feelings. she feels no love for other queens. however, she is mostly uninterested, as she mostly thinks of love as a distraction.
Phase: Lluna Nova.
Rank: Estimat Líder - - - position : she has become the merciless leader of the lluna nova phase. she rules with an iron fist (or paw) -- she takes after all previous leaders of the lluna nova, in being heartless and harsh.
Appearance: A fallen angel? A fallen goddess? Or merely a rising demon? All of those names have been used to describe this dark queen. Most question which one is correct. In the eyes of her following felines, she may be a saint -- or what they believe of in the definition of "saint". A regal air lingers in her presence. And yet to those outside of the phase, there is a haunting look in every feature of her limbs, wracking her muscles and every nimble movement. But at a closer look, defining details become more visible on her small stature -- features that, should they be used against you, are deadly.
Dim moonlight is captured within the sleek hairs of this she-cat's pelt. A silver wash coats her short fur, spreading to every inch of her body, this pale-grey hue fails to vary in shade. An odd pattern lines her spine -- faint dapples make a line down her back, but no where else on her body, ending with a darker blaze of grey on her forehead. Feathery markings, paler than the spots but darker than the rest of her coat line her visage, and swirl around her tail and spiraling up her long, graceful limbs.
Her eyes are rather odd indeed. Liquid gold floods their depths, surrounding a pitch-black iris. Rather than emit light, however, the capture it. In the dark, her eyes glitter as bright as the moon -- or even brighter. This grants her excellent nightvision, even more so than others. The golden color adds to the belief that her eyes actually do take in the starlight -- but that's not true, of course. How could it be? Despite the night advantage, she does find it hard to see in bright lights, as her eyes take in every glimpse of the world in a brighter perspective.
There is something odd about Fallen, however. There's such grace in her movements it seems she's floating over the earth, her pawsteps always silent and delicate. Manipulation is the reason she advances with such extreme precision. With males especially, her foes won't know what hit them when a beautiful she-cat drains the life out of them. Expressionless is her face -- it betrays no emotion unless she wishes to veil it with sickly sweetness. Her vocals have a very complex range; slightly deep and seductive or the peal of bells, her appeal is very centered around her voice.
Personality: Heartless, cruel, harsh -- all the typical traits of a Lluna Nova cat. She rules the phase with a strong, youthful mind and yet has a heart made out of stone -- outlined with many cracks. Fallen shows no passion for anything, as the only thing she used to love died a long time ago. This death has worked wonders on her, in the eyes of the Lluna Nova. What used to be a frail, fragile mind is now one strategic and powerful. For such a merciless phase, what better a leader could their be? She is almost fearless, and will look death in the eye. Some say she may be too confident, and that may be true, but so far her confidence has led her to success.
One of her most notable traits is her manipulative charm. She has a way of working her plots into words that seem impossible not to be true. Fallen's air or regality has helped to use cats to her advantage, and convince them with her speeches the endless possibilities there would be if they would just complete these tasks. Although she is not a brutally strong force, her mind works in such a way that almost no other cat's does. Note the "charm" I listed, by the way. Just the mere sound of her voice can arouse feelings easily in male's hearts. She uses this in the best ways possible, sometimes even against foes, to convince she is a friend -- and then, of course, relishes in their screams.
Some say she's slightly mad. That's probably true, in fact. But her ears only hear what they want to, now, and all claims of her being "crazy" are easily silenced -- sometimes with a terrible penalty. For the most part, she tries to be fair, but bloodlust sometimes consumes her mind and thoughts, preventing her from seeing through the red haze. This causes her to make rash decisions at times, but usually she can think straight. Fallen favors cats similar to her -- ruthless and slightly crazed. These are the kind of outsiders she usually accepts into her phase. She thinks lowly of cats that feel "passion" -- feelings such as this are simply a waste of time in her views.
Finally, Fallen is a master or emotional disguise. She can have a blank face or put on a realistic sweet smile to fool anyone she needs to. It also helps her disguise fear -- even her scent barely betrays this emotion. Not that she feels it anymore, as being the Estimat Lider has made her an even stronger individual, both mentally and physically. Nonetheless, she can make herself look afraid to fool opponents. Playing dead is one of her favorite battle tricks, especially because she can make it seem so realistic.
History: Fallen was born in a place not even she really remembers. Her mother had one son before her, who was named Talon. She didn’t much care for him, but nonetheless they lived together. Shine (her mother’s name) eventually found a handsome tom one day. Soon afterwards she became pregnant. She had never expected this -- after all, it was only a little pleasure, right? Shine was devastated, and she and Talon quickly moved to a new place. In a few moons, Shine gave birth to three kits. However, the cold winter air took the lives of two of them. The only left was a small oddly marked silver she-kit.
Shine couldn’t stand it anymore. After the she-kit could eat prey (she never named her), Shine left one night. She was never seen again by the two, not that they really cared. Talon cared for the little kit -- that included hunting for her and fending off any animals that tried to attack them. He named her Fallen, for her glowing silver pelt looked like the light of a fallen star, yet one that still retained its glow. They had a very close bond. Inseparable, even. They traveled around the area, eventually coming across the Mayan ruins where the phases lived.
Soon the two wandered into the territory of the Lluna Nova. Her brother was killed fending off a rat from hurting her. Devastated, she mourned for moons on end. Eventually, she stumbled into the Lluna Nova territory one day. She was close to losing her mind. She was put to trial (not that she really cared whether she lived or died), and after answering questions fiercely, the Enforcer decided she had spunk – and to humor her, they let her stay and train. She was mentored in the ways of fighting. Her combat skills soon excelled that of all the other students. Fallen was then promoted to the rank of a “Demon”.
Moons passed in her life. She was about four, now. The Enforcer was growing old, and was losing his touch. As such, the Leader forced him to retire, saying that he was not worthy enough to continue his tasks. A battle would be held to decide the new Enforcer. And sure enough, Fallen was one of the ones to try out for the position. She battled her way up to the top – she was in the final battle, against a ginger battle-scarred tom. He was a lot larger than her, but Fallen was not worried. She analyzed her opponent’s weaknesses – although in size, she lost, she outmatched him in speed.
It was perhaps the longest battle to be. Liquid pain soared through her limbs, although that only pushed her to keep trying. After what seemed for days (though it really was not even close to that long), they were both very tired. Using the last of her energy, Fallen leaped onto his back, and delivered the death blow. He collapsed, dead. Fallen had won. She was the new Enforcer.
However, what others did not realize is that equally, the Estimat Lider was also getting rather old. Soon after, he was killed off by a severe sickness. There was no question about who would be the new Leader. A day later, Fallen’s new title was the Estimat Lider of the Lluna Nova. However, her times in the phase had hardened her. What used to be a passionate and loving she-cat had developed into a merciless leader.
The very same cat in this story still leads the Lluna Nova today…
