deep within the abandoned prison, the phase surges power from one of the largest cells left standing. guards are everywhere--watching to make sure no cat does wrong while some cower in fear of their phasemates. for the most part, however, this place remains all but empty for every feline must have a job and many jobs require leaving the nest for a bit.
